Light Rail Transit Consultants GmbH, being a subsidiary of Rail&Bus Consultants GmbH, gains BLIC GmbH as the new shareholder. 100% of LRTC shares are now bound within the BLIC Group of companies.
Based on its long-term international presence in the global public transport market, LRTC is further on dedicated to marketing the BLIC Group portfolio in the global consultancy sector.
